1. Appointments & Cancellations (Single Sessions)
  • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty..

  • If notice is provided within 12–24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will incur a 50% charge of the session fee in order to reschedule.

  • No-shows without notice may forfeit the session at our discretion

  • Change-of-mind refunds do not qualify for full reimbursement.

  • The maximum refund for a change of mind is 50% of the total bundle price, provided services have not commenced.
